Renovation, redesign, and a renewed focus brings life to a technology industry brand

Since 1987, Integral has been a highly reliable technology provider that emphasizes stability and quality of service. Providing comprehensive IT services and solutions to large and mid-size businesses, Integral has a reputation for being an industry expert from those who are familiar with them. The challenge to overcome: many people didn’t know about them, at least, not enough. They had a classic brand-awareness issue. Not only did they need to overhaul their look-feel-message to tell their story more effectively, they also needed to get their name out there—in front of highly targeted prospect companies who could benefit from their services.

The FUEL Initiative

Integral selected FUEL as their marketing agency in 2014. After diving deep and truly understanding their business model and customer base, FUEL developed a strategy to 1) build brand awareness and 2) convert more quality leads. Our strategy consisted of both digital and traditional advertising initiatives: a brand identity package, website overhaul, SEO/SEM implementation, eblast campaign, print ads and collateral, sponsored ads/stories, re-marketing, and more. Initially, Integral was skeptical of any SEM initiatives, that is, of beginning a paid digital marketing campaign because they were unsure it would work for their business. They didn’t really understand it or the value that it would bring. After a few months of back-and-forth conversations we convinced them to begin. After a short test period—and with a nominal budget—we were able to deliver one of the largest retainer clients they had signed to date.
